| Mr. Cascioli is both an accomplished real estate practitioner and an adjunct faculty member at the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate, in the Daniels College of Business, at the University of Denver (DU). A recognized pioneer in the repositioning and redevelopment of functionally obsolete and distressed real estate, Mr. Cascioli has been directly responsible for the successful repositioning and redevelopment of over 8 million square feet of retail, office, industrial, and residential product nationwide and has consummated repositioning lease and sales transactions in excess of $100 million while sourcing debt & equity in support of many of these transactions. | Mr. Throupe has 30 years of experience in the real estate & construction industry in various roles. He has been a licensed general contractor and is a certified general appraiser in the states of Washington and Colorado. While employed at major universities Ron serves as a consultant on valuation methods. He has provided expert valuation & consultation services on a full time basis as Director of Operations of Mundy Associates in Seattle and later Greenfield Advisors. A National real estate economics consulting and valuation firm. The firm is most known as the lead experts for the Exxon Valdez case and Hearst property analysis for conservation. Mr. Throupe is a professor of Real Estate at the Burns School of Real Estate & Construction Mgmt. at the University of Denver. He is also a partner with the firm American Valuation Partners (AVP) of Seattle. Ron is an expert in complex real estate valuation. He was part of the team on the Celebrity Cruise line analysis and valuation for settlement. Most recently he has performed market surveys on commercial real estate valuation including the valuation of “green” buildings and distressed properties. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Real Estate Sustainability, of the American Real Estate Society (ARES), and is a member of the research committee of NCREIF (National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries); Appraisal Institute Associate Member; Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and a member of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA). | Mr. Falco has been a practicing attorney and CPA specializing in complex real estate, tax, and bankruptcy law since 1996. His legal practice is dedicated to commercial real estate and involves all transactional aspects including litigation in adversarial property contests. Mr. Falco is the designated closing counsel for the United States Small Business Administration §504 loan program and has successfully closed hundreds of §504 commercial loans, and is the approved closing counsel for Compass Bank. An experienced bankruptcy attorney, he has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in complex bankruptcy proceedings involving bank-owned REO and receivership cases.
