Mr. Cascioli is both an accomplished real estate practitioner and an adjunct faculty member at the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate, in the Daniels College of Business, at the University of Denver (DU). His empirical track record of success includes brownfields acquisition and redevelopment with LandBank, retail development with the Trammel Crow Company, industrial leasing and office property brokerage with firms including CBRE, The former Staubach Company, and Julien Studley. A recognized pioneer in the repositioning and redevelopment of functionally obsolete and distressed real estate, Mr. Cascioli has been directly responsible for the successful repositioning and redevelopment of over 8 million square feet of retail, office, industrial, and residential product nationwide and has consummated repositioning lease and sales transactions in excess of $100 million while sourcing debt & equity in support of many of these transactions. Academically, He holds a BSBA in Real Estate & Construction Management and an MBA in Finance & Real Estate from DU, and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and Texas and a registered appraiser in Colorado.

Mr. Sessions is a leading expert in commercial asset management with more than 25 years experience running property management divisions at prominent real estate firms including Tishman West, CBRE, and Fuller & Company. A former Denver chapter BOMA president, he has advised institutional quality clients on a wide range of asset management and strategic property issues. Mr. Sessions has a reputation of being conscientious, hard-working, straight-forward, and has a proven track record of success in all facets of property management, operations, leasing, financial reporting, construction management, client relations, and customer service. His group provides superior REO property management services at the highest level of professionalism and integrity, focusing on increasing property efficiencies, finding new sources of revenue, collecting rents, utilizing space effectively, and keeping properties leased and properly maintained to enhance and optimize value. Mr. Sessions is a frequent instructor, moderator, writer and speaker on contemporary property management issues. He is also adjunct faculty with the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, and teaches in the MBA Program. Mr. Sessions holds a JD from the University of Denver (DU) and BS Degree from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Fitzmartin has managed over 3 billion dollars worth of construction assignments in nineteen major cities across the United States providing for the selection and management of design, engineering, construction, fixturization and equipment, cabling, security and relocation services for renovation, ongoing project completion, and new development of commercial properties. He has twenty-eight years of construction experience with institutional quality firms including The Staubach Company and CBRE. His significant industry accomplishments include: CenturyLink Regional Headquarters, Inspirato World Headquarters, Qwest Portfolio Optimization, Holme Roberts Owens (HRO) Corporate Offices, Denver Museum of Nature and Science Phipps Gallery, Art Institute of Colorado, EnCana Oil & Gas, VISA Campus, Houston Police Department (12 floors), and Texas State Capital Historic Renovation. Mr. Fitzmartin holds a BA from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Throupe has 30 years of experience in the real estate & construction industry in various roles. He has been a licensed general contractor and is a certified general appraiser in the states of Washington and Colorado. While employed at major universities Ron serves as a consultant on valuation methods. He has provided expert valuation & consultation services on a full time basis as Director of Operations of Mundy Associates in Seattle and later Greenfield Advisors. A National real estate economics consulting and valuation firm. The firm is most known as the lead experts for the Exxon Valdez case and Hearst property analysis for conservation. Mr. Throupe is a professor of Real Estate at the Burns School of Real Estate & Construction Mgmt. at the University of Denver. He is also a partner with the firm American Valuation Partners (AVP) of Seattle. Ron is an expert in complex real estate valuation. He was part of the team on the Celebrity Cruise line analysis and valuation for settlement. Most recently he has performed market surveys on commercial real estate valuation including the valuation of “green” buildings and distressed properties. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Real Estate Sustainability, of the American Real Estate Society (ARES), and is a member of the research committee of NCREIF (National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries); Appraisal Institute Associate Member; Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and a member of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA). Academically, he holds a BA from Fairfield University, a BS from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA and PhD from the University of Georgia

Mr. Falco has been a practicing attorney and CPA specializing in complex real estate, tax, and bankruptcy law since 1996. His legal practice is dedicated to commercial real estate and involves all transactional aspects including litigation in adversarial property contests. Mr. Falco is the designated closing counsel for the United States Small Business Administration §504 loan program and has successfully closed hundreds of §504 commercial loans, and is the approved closing counsel for Compass Bank. An experienced bankruptcy attorney, he has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in complex bankruptcy proceedings involving bank-owned REO and receivership cases. Mr. Falco holds both a B.S. and J.D, cum laude, from St. John’s University, and has been admitted to the Colorado and New York Bars.
